This current study drives at identifying the concern size of some Egyptian Channels in the environment's issues; identifying as well the effectiveness of some programs proposed by satellite channels for developing environmental values among the audience. Hence, the researchers have designed a content analysis form of some programs (form – content), designing as well a scale of environmental values and analyzing content of these programs: (Mubasher Misr – Sabah El-Khair Ya Misr – Al-Hayah El-Youm – Misr El-Gidida) in the time duration from January 2016 to March 2016. Scale of environmental values have been also applied pre/post viewing of the study sample consisting of (46) individuals. The researchers use the descriptive and the quasi-experimental methods. The researchers have come to these results: poorness of the environmental values' treatment in programs 9the analysis sample). There are no significant statistical differences between average scores of the study sample individuals on scale of environmental values pre/post viewing of the various programs. This denotes to the ineffectiveness of the program in developing environmental values among viewers. The researchers recommend the necessity of considering the environmental values introduced by the television programs which would have a remarkable impact on development of the environmental behavior value.
