نفذت العديد من الدول الأجنبية والعربية برامج تدريبية من أجل تدريب القيادات ومديري المدارس على کفايات التخطيط الاستراتيجي، حيث يمثل التخطيط الاستراتيجي خلاصة عملية التفکير، فهو مهم جداً للأفراد والمؤسسات، کما أن غياب الرؤى الاستراتيجية تعني الفناء والاندثار والاستبدال والانشغال بالتفاصيل اليومية للحياة، مما يؤدي إلى ضياع تفکير القيادات في أمور تشغلهم عن التفکير في المستقبل وکيفية التخطيط له، ومن هنا قدمت العديد من الدول الأجنبية والعربية برامج لتدريب القيادات ومديري المدارس على کفايات التخطيط الاستراتيجي، وذلک لما له من أهمية في تحقيق نجاح واستقرار المؤسسات التربوية سواء کانت صغيرة أو متوسطة على حد سواء، حيث يجعل التخطيط الاستراتيجي السليم المؤسسة قادرة على تحديد الأهداف ورسم رؤية ورسالة يمکن من خلالها تحقيق النجاح الذي تهدف إليه، وتهتم الدراسة الحالية بتقديم عرض لمجموعة من البرامج التي قدمتها بعض الدول الأجنبية والعربية في مجال تدريب القيادات التربوية لتنمية کفايات التخطيط الاستراتيجي لديهم.
Abstract
Many foreign and Arab countries carried out training programs for training leaders and school leaders on the principals of strategic planning competencies as strategic planning is the summary of the thinking process and is very important for individuals and institutions and the absence of strategic visions mean annihilation and extinction and replacement and being busy with details leading to loss Leaders thinking on things distract them from thinking about the future and how to plan for it, and so many foreign and Arab countries have made training programs for leaders and school leaders on the strategic planning competencies because of its apportance to achieve success and stability of educational institutions, whether they are small or medium where both makes strategic planning proper institution able to set goals and draw a vision and a message from which they can achieve the success that the institution aims at. The present study aims to make a presentation of some programs that are provided by some foreign and Arab countries in the field of training the educational leadership to develop strategic planning competencies that they have.
