هدفت الدراسة الراهنة إلى دراسة الإسهام النسبي للذکاء الانفعالي في التنبؤ بجودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائية .تکونت عينة الدراسة من (120) معلماً ومعلمة بالمرحلة الإبتدائية بالمدارس الحکومية بمحافظة بنى سويف.وللتحقق من فروض الدراسة تم تطبيق مقياس الذکاء الانفعالي: قائمة نسبة الذکاء الوجدانى إعداد بار.أون.        ( ترجمة وتقنين صفاء الاعسر وسحر فاروق 2001)، ومقياس جودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى معلمى المرحلة الإبتدائية     :) إعداد الباحث)، واستمارة جمع بيانات شخصية واجتماعية عن معلمى المرحلة الإبتدائية :(إعداد الباحث).
أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج الاتية: 1- توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذکاء الانفعالي وبين جودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية.2- يختلف الذکاء الانفعالي باختلاف بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية (النوع – الحالة الاجتماعية- سنوات الخبرة) لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية.3- تختلف جودة الحياة الوظيفية ومکوناتها باختلاف بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية (النوع – الحالة الاجتماعية- سنوات الخبرة) لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية.4- يمکن التنبؤ بجودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية من خلال مکونات الذکاء الانفعالي .
 
Abstract
The study aimed to study the relative contribution of emotional intelligence in predicting the quality of working life of primary school teachers. The sample of the study consisted of (120) teachers and teachers in the primary stage in government schools in Beni Suef governorate. In order to verify the hypotheses of the study, the emotional intelligence scale was applied: List of emotional intelligence level by Bar-On (translation and codification of Safa El-Asr and Sahar Farouk 2001), the quality of working life of primary school teachers (the researcher's preparation) and the form of collecting personal and social data on teachers Primary stage: (preparation of the researcher). The study yielded the following results: 1- There is a statistically significant relation between the emotional intelligence and the quality of the working life of the teachers of the primary stage. 2- The emotional intelligence varies according to some demographic variables (gender - social status - years of experience) among primary school teachers. 3- The quality of the functional life and its components varies according to some demographic variables (gender - social status - years of experience). 4- The quality of working life of primary school teachers can be predicted through the components of emotional intelligence.
