The research mainly aimed to identify the degree to which agricultural credit cooperatives achieve their development goals in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, and this is achieved by identifying the degree to which agricultural credit societies achieve their goals, as well as identifying the determinants of the degree of credit societies achieving their goals, and the problems that prevent them from achieving their goals, and this required design A questionnaire form for collecting data by personal interview from a research sample of 108 respondents who were selected randomly. Frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation were used to describe and interpret the results. The most important of which are the following: That about 15% of the number of agricultural cooperative societies studied achieved their goals at a high level, while the majority of them (65%) had a medium level of achieving their goals. There are eighteen problems that hinder cooperative societies from achieving their goals, the most important of which is the lack of material and moral incentives for workers, the least important of which is the high prices of production requirements. The respondents suggested 17 proposals that could help agricultural associations to overcome problems and help them achieve their goals, the most important of which is to increase the material and moral incentives for workers, the least of which is the importance of conducting training courses for workers.
