Abstract

The main objectives of the present study were to determine how probiotic or enzymes supplementation affected carcass traits and intestinal microflora of broiler chickens (Ross-308). A total number of 135, unsexed one-day-old, broiler chicks were randomly allocated to three experimental groups and every group was separated into three replicates of 15 chicks. The first group received only basal diet as control (C), the 2nd group (T1) received probiotic (Guardizen-M) at level of 1g/kg diet, while the 3rd group (T2) received enzymes (Fra®Multizyme) at level of 0.5g/kg diet. The trail lasted for 35 days of age.The main objectives of the present study were to determine how probiotic or enzymes supplementation affected carcass traits and intestinal microflora of broiler chickens (Ross-308).
