This research mainly aimed to knowledgeal depth measurement for farming of coriander crop in post-harvest Handlings overall and in detail in villages of Minya governorate. It also aimed to determine the levels of both how and the form of displaying knowledge related to post-harvest handlings in the coriander crop to the respondents farmers. It also aimed to determine the levels of adequacy of sources Knowledge of the respondents' farmers about post-harvest handlings.
The total of this research reached 1112 farmers of the coriander crop in the research villages in Minya governorate, from the reality of the inventory lists for the year 2021 in the agricultural units in those villages, which are: Ashrouba, and Sandfa Al-Far from the villages of the Bani Mazar locality, and Abjaj Al-Hatab and Helweh from the villages of the Mattay locality. The size of the sample using statistical tables, amounted to 287 respondents, representing 25.81٪ of total research. and the respondents were distributed among the coriander crop according to the proportion and proportionality of the holders of each village.
