Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify seasons and exporting windows for the period (2006-2012), as well as predicting the quantities and prices of some Egyptian export; namely tomatoes, orange, and strawberry for the years 2016 and 2017; and the response of the production structure for exporting requirements so that the necessary quantities required for meeting exporting demands are met according to the predictions and estimations of foreign demand. Studying export seasons showed that the average Egyptian tomatoes export is around 29.3 thousand tons, with an average export price of 3453.6 L.E/ton. The main tomatoes exporting period is from December till March with about 73.1% of the study period (2006-2012).
