First, I am pleased and honored to be among my professors and colleagues at the Faculty of Agriculture at Alexandria University in the Department of Home Economics, as one of the sons of the Department of Home Economics since my graduation in 1981, for whom I have all love, respect and appreciation. Love of science and scientific research, commitment, taste and classy dealings that we observed in their dealings with each other, as well as their dealings with us as students before graduation or as postgraduate students, whether in masters or doctorate degrees, they have all my greetings and appreciation.
