تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استعراض التجربة الفرنسية في التخطيط القومي والإقليمي، مع التركيز على الفوارق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بين الأقاليم الفرنسية وتأثيرها على التنمية المستدامة. تناول الفصل الأول تطور التخطيط القومي في فرنسا وأسسه الرئيسية. واستعرض الفصل الثاني التفاوتات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بين الأقاليم، مبرزًا أسبابها ونتائجها. في الفصل الثالث، تم تحليل السياسات الإقليمية التي تهدف إلى تقليص هذه الفجوات وتعزيز التوازن التنموي. وأخيرًا، تناول الفصل الرابع تنظيم سياسات التخطيط الإقليمي ودورها في تحقيق تنمية متكاملة.

This study aims to review the French experience in national and regional plannings, with a focus on the economic and social disparities between French regions and their impact on sustainable development. The first chapter deals with the development of national planning in France and its main foundations. The second chapter reviewed the economic and social disparities between regions, highlighting their causes and consequences. In the third chapter, regional policies aimed at reducing these gaps and promoting developmental balance were analyzed. Finally, the fourth chapter deals with the organization of regional planning policies and their role in achieving integrated development.
