تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر الاستثمار المحلي والأجنبي على الميزان التجاري المصري خلال الفترة (2005-2023)، من خلال استعراض البيانات الاقتصادية وتحليل الاتجاهات المختلفة التي أثرت على الأداء التجاري لمصر. ويركز البحث على دراسة تطور الميزان التجاري، ومدى تأثير الاستثمارات في تحسين أو تفاقم العجز التجاري، وتم ذلك من خلال تقسيم الدراسة الي فترتين الفترة الاولي من عام ٢٠٠٥/٢٠٠٦ الي عام ٢٠١٣/٢٠١٤، والفترة الثانية من عام ٢٠١٤/٢٠١٥ الي عام ٢٠٢٣/٢٠٢٤، بالإضافة الي ذلك تم تحليل البيئة الاقتصادية والاستثمارية باستخدام نموذج التحليل الرباعي SWOT، الذي يساعد في تقييم نقاط القوة والضعف، بالإضافة إلى الفرص والتهديدات التي تؤثر على التجارة الخارجية والاستثمار في مصر.

This study aims to analyze the impact of domestic and foreign investment on Egypt's trade balance during the period (2005-2023), by reviewing economic data and analyzing the various trends that have impacted Egypt's trade performance. The research focuses on studying the development of the trade balance and the extent to which investments have improved or worsened the trade deficit. This was accomplished by dividing the study into two periods: the first period from 2005/2006 to 2013/2014, and the second period from 2014/2015 to 2023/2024. In addition, the economic and investment environment was analyzed using the SWOT analysis model, which helps assess strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats affecting foreign trade and investment in Egypt.
