The research aimed to determine the role of entrepreneurial alertness in achieving the dynamic capabilities for Managers in solar energy companies in Egypt، Through a sample of (331) individual، from managers (senior management، middle management and executive management)، The total number of recovered and correct survey lists reached (317)، with a response rate of (95%).The research has reached a set of results، the most important of which are، The presence of statistically significant differences in the surveyed trends towards the availability of the dimensions of entrepreneurial alertness and dynamic capabilities according to the management level، It has also been proven that there is a positive correlation between all dimensions of entrepreneurial alertness and the dimensions of dynamic capabilities،It is also proved that there is a positive moral influence of the overall entrepreneurial alertness in the total dynamic capabilities.
