هدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على دور الرائدات الريفيات فى تعزيز معارف المرأة الريفية بالتنشئة الاجتماعية الإيجابية، والكشف عن العوامل والأساليب التى تؤثر فى التنشئة الاجتماعية الإيجابية ، وإلقاء الضوء على البرامج التدريبية لتفعيل عمل الرائدات الريفيات، واعتمد البحث على منهج المسح الاجتماعي، كما اعتمد على أداتي الاستبيان ودليل المقابلة المتعمقة، وتم تطبيق استمارة الاستبيان على 65 رائدة ريفية تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية من الرائدات الريفيات التابعات لمركز المنصورة، كما تم تطبيق دليل المقابلة المتعمقة على 15 حالة من الأمهات الريفيات المقيمات بالقرى التابعة لمركز المنصورة، وخلص البحث إلى أن الهدف من التنشئة الاجتماعية الإيجابية هو إعداد فرد صالح يستطيع مواجهة الحياة ومشاكلها، ويعمل على تطوير المجتمع وازدهاره، وأن طبيعة دور الرائدة الريفية المتمثل فى تعزيز معارف الأم بكيفية التنشئة الإيجابية للأطفال يتمثل فى تنمية معارف الأم بملاحظة مشاعر أطفالها عندما يشعرون بالإحباط والملل والتوتر، والمحافظة عليهم من مخاطر الإنترنت، وأن تحرص الأم على التنشئة الدينية والأخلاقية للطفل، كما توصل البحث الى النتائج إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها : إن التنشئة الاجتماعية الإيجابية للأطفال يجب أن تكون خالية من الضرب والعنف للطفل، كما أجمعت غالبية الأمهات الريفيات عن استفادتهن من الرائدات الريفيات عن طريق توعيتهن بالتنشئة الاجتماعية الإيجابية للأطفال ، مثل التوعية بالمحافظة على الأطفال من الأمراض والأوبئة التي تنتشر فى المجتمع، وأوصى البحث بضرورة تنظيم برامج تدريبية متخصصة للرائدات الريفيات ، تشمل أساليب التواصل الفعّال، والتوعية بالتنشئة الاجتماعية الإيجابية، ومهارات الإرشاد الأسري ؛ لضمان تحسين قدرتهن على نقل المعرفة بطريقة فعالة ومؤثرة.   The research aimed to shed light on the role of rural pioneers in enhancing rural women's knowledge of positive socialization, revealing the factors and methods that affect positive socialization, and shedding light on training programs to activate the work of rural pioneers. The research relied on the social survey method, as well as on the questionnaire tools and the in-depth interview guide. The questionnaire form was applied to 65 rural pioneers who were deliberately selected from rural pioneers affiliated with Mansoura Center. The in-depth interview guide was also applied to 15 cases of rural mothers residing in villages affiliated with Mansoura Center. The research concluded that the goal of positive socialization is to prepare a righteous individual who can face life and its problems, and work to develop and prosper society. The nature of the role of the rural pioneer represented in enhancing the mother's knowledge of how to positively raise children is represented in developing the mother's knowledge by observing her children's feelings when they feel frustrated, bored and stressed, and protecting them from the dangers of the Internet, and that the mother is keen on the religious and moral upbringing of the child. The research also reached the results that positive socialization of children must To be free from beating and violence to the child, and the majority of rural mothers agreed that they benefited from rural pioneers by raising their awareness of positive social upbringing for children, such as raising awareness of protecting children from diseases and epidemics that spread in society. The research recommended the necessity of organizing specialized training programs for rural pioneers that include effective communication methods, awareness of positive social upbringing, and family counseling skills, to ensure improving their ability to transfer knowledge in an effective and influential manner.
