هذا البحث يتناول بنية التشكيل الإيقاعي في ديوان الإمام الشافعي- رضى الله عنه -  ويعمل على إبراز تنوعها الخارجي والداخلي, ثم خصائصها الفنية المتعددة   في الشكل والمضمون, وقد قام هذا البحث على مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة مباحث,    ثم انتهى إلى خاتمة, ضمت أهم النتائج من أبرزها: إن بنية التشكيل الإيقاعي تمثل جانبًا كبيرًا وأساسا من جوانب المنهج الذي أرسى قواعده الخليل بن أحمد الفراهيدي في ديوان الإمام الشافعي- رضى الله عنه -  ,  وذلك بما له من تنوع في الموضوعات التي تشتمل على القيم والأخلاق الإسلامية, وأنه لم يشغله هذا النوع عن الموضوعات الأخرى الوجدانية والتأملية, وأخيرًا كان يربط بين البنية الإيقاعية وقضايا المجتمع.     This research deals with the structure of rhythmic formation in the Diwan of Imam Al-Shafi'i (may God be pleased with him) and works to highlight its external and internal diversity, then its multiple artistic characteristics in form and content. This research was based on an introduction, a preface, and three chapters, then it ended with a conclusion, which included the most important results, the most prominent of which are The rhythmic structure represents a large and fundamental aspect of the approach that Al-Khalil bin Ahmed Al-Farahidi established in the Diwan of Imam Al-Shafi'i, may God be pleased with him, due to its diversity in topics that include Islamic values and morals, and that this type did not distract him from other emotional and contemplative topics, and finally they linked the rhythmic structure to societal issues.
