الحياة قرار والقرار فرصة والفرصة قد لا تتكرر والناجح هو من ينتهز الفرصة ويغتنمها بقرار صائب وصحيح والإغتنام الجيد لا يتأتى إلا عم طريق الرؤية والدراسة والجرأة والخبرة والتوقيت السليم.
يذكر نواف كنعان (2015م) أن عملية إتخاذ القرارات تعد جزء كبير من حل المشكلة كما أن هي آلية من أجل إتخاذ البدائل والخيارات الصحيحة في كل مرحلة من مراحل عملية حل المشكلات.
يهدف البحث إلى التعرف علي الضغوط الحياتية وأثرها على إتخاذ القرار لدي مديري مراكز الشباب والرياضة ، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي ،تم إختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية من مديري مراكز الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة كفر الشيخ وكان إجمالي أفراد المجتمع (251) مدير مركز شباب ورياضة بنسبة مئوية (100%) وكانت العينة الأساسية قوامها (100) مدير مركز شباب ورياضة بنسبة مئوية ( 39.84%) وكانت العينة الإستطلاعية قوامها (30) مدير مركز شباب ورياضة بنسبة مئوية ( 11.95%) بإجمالي عدد العينة الأساسية والإستطلاعية (130) مدير مركز شباب ورياضة بنسبة مئوية (51.79%) ، وكانت وسائل جمع البيانات كانت الإستبانة وأهم النتائج حيث توصل الباحث إلي وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة دالة احصائياً بين المجموع الكلي لمقياس الضغوط الحياتية لدي مديري مراكز الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة كفر الشيخ وبين المجموع الكلي لمقياس اتخاذ القرار لدي مديري مراكز الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة كفر الشيخ بقيمة ارتباط قدرها (0.381) "Life is a decision, and a decision is an opportunity. An opportunity may not repeat itself, and the successful person is the one who seizes the opportunity with a correct and sound decision. Good seizing only comes through vision, study, courage, experience, and proper timing. Nawaf Kanaan (2015) mentions that the decision-making process is a significant part of problem-solving and is a mechanism for making the correct alternatives and choices at every stage of the problem-solving process. The research aims to identify life pressures and their impact on decision-making among youth and sports center managers. The researcher used a descriptive approach. The research sample was selected randomly from youth and sports center managers in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, with a total population of 251 managers, representing 100%. The main sample consisted of 100 managers, representing 39.84%, and the exploratory sample consisted of 30 managers, representing 11.95%, with a total main and exploratory sample of 130 managers, representing 51.79%. The data collection methods were questionnaires. The most important findings were that the researcher found a statistically significant positive correlation between the overall scale of life pressures among youth and sports center managers in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate and the overall scale of decision-making among youth and sports center managers in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, with a correlation value of 0.381."
