This research aimed to investigate the impact of e-Recruiting and e-selection on the employees' performance in five-star hotels. This research followed descriptive analytical methodology by using a questionnaire tool. The study population was all employees of five-star hotels in Cairo. One questionnaire was designed. The researcher distributed 620 questionnaire forms personally by hand to the employees of hotels. A final sample of 469 was identified as valid for statistical analysis a 75.64 % response rate. Statistical analysis SPSS version 22 was used to analyze responses of questions and testing hypotheses. The study proved that there is a significant relationship between e-recruiting and e-selecting and employees' performance in hotels, and there is a positive effect of e-recruiting and e-selecting on employees' performance in five-star hotels. 1- For recommendation hotels should use electronic human resources management (E-HRM) application to improve the employees' performance. Particularly, E-Recruitment because it is the function that is responsible for providing the hotels within the human resources who are capable for achieving the hotels' competitive advantage.
