يهدف البحث إلى التعريف بالفروق الأصوليَّة وموضوعها وتاريخ نشأتها, والتعريف بكتاب العُدَّة وطريقة الصَّنْعاني في عَرْضه للفروق الأصوليَّة, ودراسة الفروق الأصوليَّة التي يذكُرها الإمام الصَّنْعاني والحُكم عليها, وقد ناقَشَ البحث موضوعَ الفروق الأصوليَّة ونشأتها، وطريقة عَرْض الإمام الصَّنْعاني لها في حاشيته العُدَّة؛ وذلك في فصلَين نظري وتطبيقي، وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: كشَفَ البحثُ عن سِمات الفَرْق، وحصَرَ أنواعَه، واقترَحَ تعريفًا له, كما أظهَرَ البحثُ عنايةَ الإمام الصَّنْعاني بالفروق الأصوليَّة، وطريقة تناوله للفروق الأصوليَّة.
ويوصي البحث بإكمال الدراسة في استخراج الفروق الأصوليَّة لدى الإمام الصَّنْعاني من خلال حاشيته العُدَّة في الأبواب الفقهيَّة المتبقية بصفة خاصة, وتوسيع الدراسات التي تهتم بالفروق الأصوليَّة لدى شُرَّاح الحديث، كالإمام النووي في شرحه لصحيح مسلم، والإمام ابن دقيق العيد في كتابه إحكام الأحكام، وغيرهما, كما وصى البحث بأهمية العناية بمسار الفروق الأصوليَّة في الدراسات العليا، بجعل مقَرَّر خاص بذلك، وتكليف طلبة الدراسات العليا ببحث الفروق الأصوليَّة في كتُب شروح الحديث؛ لاكتساب الدُّرْبة في التمييز بَيْن المسائل المتشابهة، وتنمية الملَكة الأصوليَّة والفقهيَّة لديهم.

The research aims to introduce the fundamentalist differences and their subject and the history of their inception, and the definition of the book of the kit and the method of Al-San'ani in his presentation of the fundamentalist differences, and the study of fundamentalist differences mentioned by Imam Al-San'ani and judged them, the research has discussed the subject of fundamentalist differences and their origin, and the way Imam Al-San'ani presented them in his footnote kit; The research also showed Imam Al-San'ani's care for fundamentalist differences, and the way he dealt with fundamentalist differences. The research recommends the completion of the study in the extraction of fundamentalist differences of Imam Al-San'ani through his footnote several in the remaining jurisprudence sections in particular, and the expansion of studies that are concerned with the differences of fundamentalism among the commentators of hadith, such as Imam Al-Nawawi in his explanation of Sahih Muslim, and Imam Ibn Daqiq Eid in his book Tightening provisions, and others, as recommended by the research the importance of taking care of the path of fundamentalist differences in graduate studies, by making a special decision for that, and assigning graduate students to research the fundamentalist differences in the books of hadith explanations; Between similar issues, and the development of their fundamentalist and jurisprudential queen.
