The main subject of the research dealt with  construction process of huge outdoor statues in terms of design and site planning and the elements it contains, in addition to the studying all the standards  of the statue's design, passing through the various techniques that were used in implementing these works, with the emerging ones among them in terms of design and speed of implementation, including the characteristics of every material with their diversity  for every statue, through the analyzation and the explanation  of “ the  statue of Unity" by the Indian artist "Ram Sutar", we review this through the following points: Firstly, the vision and design of the statue. Secondly, the digital technologies used in designing and implementing the work and its magnification techniques. Thirdly, implementing the plan for the final site preparation.
