هدفت الدراسة إلى التّعرف على: مستوى وعي المعلمين والمعلمات بمؤشّرات الموهبة السلوكية الشخصية والمعرفية العقلية لدى الطلاب والطالبات في مرحلة الصفوف الأولية بمنطقة القصيم، والفروق في مستوى وعي المعلمين والمعلمات بمؤشّرات الموهبة السلوكية الشخصية والمعرفية العقلية لدى الطلاب والطالبات في مرحلة الصفوف الأولية باختلاف (النوع، المؤهل الدراسي، التخصص العلمي، عدد الدورات في مجال الموهبة، عدد سنوات الخبرة في التدريس، الصف الدراسي المكلف بتدريسه)، ولتحقيق تلك الأهداف استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي، وذلك علي عينة قوامها (200) معلماً ومعلمة، وبتطبيق استبانة لقياس درجة وعي المعلّمات بمؤشّرات الموهبة لدى أطفال مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة بمدينة جدة، وتم تحليل البيانات بالأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: وعي المعلمين والمعلمات بالمؤشرات الانفعالية والإبداعية والمحور الأول بصفة عامة، والمؤشرات التعليمية كان أقل من المتوقع، بينما كان وعيهم بالمؤشرات الدافعية، واللغوية والتفكير الرياضي والدرجة الكلية للمحور الثاني كان جيدا. عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين درجة تقييم كل من المعلمين والمعلمات لوعي المعلمين بمؤشرات الموهبة لدى الطلاب والطالبات بالصفوف الأولى، فيما عدا المؤشرات الإبداعية والمؤشرات اللغوية، وكانت الفروق لصالح المعلمات. وقد أوصت الدراسة بتنظيم دورات تدريبية للمعلمين والمعلمات في الصفوف الأولي للمرحلة الابتدائية، في مجال الموهبة والابداع لأطفال المرحلة الابتدائية، وتدعيم المقررات الدراسية في الجامعات السعودية بموضوعات نظرية وتطبيقية في مجال الموهبة والابداع تتناسب مع التخصص. The study aimed to identify: the level of awareness of male and female teachers with indicators of personal behavioral and cognitive talent, among male and female students in the primary grades stage in the Qassim region, and the differences in the level of awareness of male and female teachers with indicators of personal behavioral and cognitive talent among male and female students in the primary grades stage, according to (type, qualification Academic, scientific specialization, number of courses in the field of talent, number of years of teaching experience, grade assigned to teach), and to achieve these goals, the researcher used the descriptive approach, on a sample of (200) male and female teachers, and by applying a questionnaire to measure the degree of female teachers' awareness of talent indicators. Pre-school children in Jeddah, and the data was analyzed by appropriate statistical methods, and the study concluded: teachers' awareness of emotional and creative indicators and the first axis in general, and educational indicators was less than expected, while their awareness of motivational indicators, linguistic and mathematical thinking and the total score for the second axis it was good. There were no statistically significant differences between the teachers' assessment of teachers' awareness of talent indicators for male and female students in the first grades, with the exception of creative indicators and language indicators, and the differences were in favor of female teachers. The study recommended organizing training courses for male and female teachers in the first grades of the primary stage, in the field of talent and creativity for primary school children, and strengthening academic curricula in Saudi universities with theoretical and applied topics in the field of talent and creativity commensurate with the specialization.
