Abstract

The main objective of the study was to highlight how digital transformation has a profound impact on the efficiency of the state's administrative apparatus and achieving sustainable development for those moving to the Administrative Capital. It allows the transition to digital systems that provide efficiency and improve service delivery to citizens. Digital transformation contributes to simplifying government operations, reducing costs and time, and enhancing transparency. It also contributes to enhancing communication between government departments, and thus enhances integration and coordination. This contributes to achieving sustainable development by promoting innovation and using resources effectively. Digital transformation enhances the government's ability to adapt to modern challenges, which enhances sustainability. To achieve the goal of the study, a survey form was designed and distributed to the study sample of 400 individuals who moved to the Administrative Capital. The statistical program SPSS was used to analyze the data. One of the most important results of the study is the existence of a statistically significant relationship between digital transformation and the efficiency of the state's administrative apparatus, as the main hypothesis was accepted: There is an impact of digital transformation on the efficiency of the state's administrative apparatus and sustainable development. The study recommended the need to pay attention to digital transformation and its tools because of its impact on the efficiency of the state's administrative apparatus and the sustainable development of organizations seeking to achieve a competitive advantage. It also recommended continuing to study the impact of digital transformation on other dimensions of the same variables.
