Abstract

This study aimed to assess the impact of moringa leaves extracts (water - acetone), the lipid components in rats proportion of fat in the blood resulting from rats fed a high-fat hyperlipidemic diet were studied. The chemical composition of the moringa leaves studied and found to contain anti-oxidant materials for phenols, (248.8 mg/kg dry matter (DM) as well as flavones (145.22 mg/kg DM). The study using HPLC alcoholic extract of these leaves showed the presence of 23 phenolic compound as well as 22 compound flavone, differ among themselves in terms of the type and content, which means that these securities considered a good source of phenolic compounds flavonoids (antioxidants). Also found that the moringa leaves extracts improve the medical state of the blood content of blood cells and hemoglobin content of the blood as well as total lipid, cholesterol and triglyceride as well as high-density lipoprotein (HDL-c), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-c)  and very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL-c) components. As well as, these extracts soften the value of the risk ratio in the infected rats increased lipids and blood cholesterol. Also noted that moringa leaves extracts improves the efficiency of the activity of the liver (transamination enzymes and contents of albumin and blood sugar) and activity of the kidneys (blood contents of urea and creatinine). Moreover, it noted that these extracts reduced the body weight as well as, the internal organs weight (liver - kidney - heart). It's observed all of these estimates under study values were close to those in healthy rats and thus closely did the water extract showed improved results and the most effective compared demodulator acetone. This was the convergent results when using these extracts for the prevention of high blood and. Also used as a treatment after rise of lipids.
