Abstract

The aim of the present study is to determine the factors which cause a different remaining length's of warp at double beam sulzerweaving machine.
The experiments were carried out under industrial conditions. The total length of yarns on the creeled package was divided, into
two warp beam orders, each composed of 6 warp beams, followed by 10  sized warp beams. Finally a twinty warp beams were fed to double
beam weaving machine as follows: each of six sized warp beams/first and second orders were processed at two groups of three weaving machines. The latter eight sized warp beams were fed to the third group of 4 weaving machines.
Il terms of weight and no. of breaks of warp beams, the results show significant differences between first and second order at warping and non-significant difference between warp beam weight's of first and second order at sizing. On the other hand, for warp remaining significant differences   exist between the right
and left length's hand side warp beam at weaving process.
