This research deals with the subject of the history of Egypt in DEWEY DECIMAL Classification plan on two levels firstly the original edition level in order to determine the features of treatment plan for this topic, and the strengths and weaknesses of this treatment, using the descriptive analytical method and over 23 editions of this plan. research also deals with amendments to Arabic translations provided by the plan DEWEY DECIMAL CLASSIFICATION to address the history of Egypt in this plan and using the analytical comparative method to compare the translations between them as well as between these translations and the original edition DEWEY plan in dealing with the subject of research.
