Abstract

Abstract Technology Readiness determines new technology acceptance. The advancement in the web is transforming e-Learning systems. This study investigates the technology readiness dimensions (Optimism, Innovativeness, Insecurity and Discomfort) on students' e-Learning motivation in the Saudi context. The findings show that Optimism and Innovativeness positively influence student eLearning motivation. However, Insecurity and Discomfort doesn't negatively affect students eLearning motivation in the Saudi context. The importance-performance map analysis was also performed to provides further implications for managerial actions.
