Abstract

This research aims to shed light on the concept of organizational justice, its dimensions, and its impact on employees' turnover. A survey was carried out on 25 hotels in Sharma El Sheikh and 40 tourism companies in Cairo. The results showed no difference between the viewpoints of hotels and tourism companies workers regarding study's variables. Moreover, there is a clear impact of organizational justice on reducing the turnover rate. The study recommends that Egyptian hotels and tourism companies should adopt the concept of organizational justice, and then improve the perception of their employees about the new concept in order to avoid the problem of employees' turnover.
