Abstract

The study aims to assess some determinants of job satisfaction that could lead to hospitality employees' turnover. A questionnaire was designed to collect data from 170 employees. The results revealed that salaries and opportunity for career progression affect employee turnover. In addition, the results revealed that there is a need to have training opportunities to be motive to good job performance and thereby create job satisfaction, to attract and maintain potential employees. Thus recommended is a minimum wage structure and acareer progress system for employees.
