Abstract

The paper deals with the textual patterns namely: problem-solution, general-specific and question-answer, and persuasion strategies as using pronouns,reptitions , religious  citations, Aristotle's pathos, logos and ethos and other persuasion devices in Al Sadat's speech to the Israeli keenest.
