Abstract

N²-Benzoyl-5'-0-dimethoxytrityl-2'-O-tetrahydropyranyl guanosine and 1-acetyl-5 -bromo-4-choroindol -3-yl-3-phosphorodichloridate were synthesized and coupled to give, after deprotection and purification, the title compound.
