استهدفت الدراسة استخلاص عناصر منهج ابن سحنون التعليمي وقواعده المُنظمة لبيئة الصف (الکُتًّاب) وللعلاقة التعليمية بين المعلم والمتعلم من خلال کتابه: آداب المعلمين. وبقراءة تحليلية للکتاب توصلت الباحثة لعدد من النتائج منها: أن ابن سحنون أبدع في تقديم منهج تعليمي أصيل ومتميز –غير مُقلد- بأهدافه ومحتواه؛ ليربط المتعلم بدينه وکتاب ربه, وينطلق من فلسفة مجتمعه وحاجاته. کما يلتقي مع متطلبات المنهج الحديث بعناصره وهي الأهداف والمحتوى والطرق والوسائل والأنشطة والتقويم, وبما يقدمه من قواعد مُعالجة لبعض القضايا المعاصرة کحوافز المعلمين وضوابط الضرب وما يتعلق بالعدل التربوي, والثواب والعقاب, ومرحلية وتنظيم التعليم, وإلزاميته, وتعليم البنات, وغيرها. کما تبين أن لدى ابن سحنون تصورًا واضحًا جدًا ومتقدمًا علميًا وزمنيًا عن أهمية وعي المعلم بأمور محورية في العملية التعليمية, ظهر ذلک في عنوان الکتاب ومضامينه التي تُرجمت في صورة آداب وتعليمات للمعلم حول دوره التعليمي وعلاقته بالمجتمع ودوره کموجه ومرشد للمتعلمين.
This studyابداع aimed to elicit the elements of Ibn Sahnoun's instructional curriculum and its rules that regulate the classroom environment and the relationship between the teacher and the learner in his book "Teachers' decency" (A'dab Al-Mo'allimeen). With an analytical reading of the book, the researcher reached a number of results, including:Ibn Sahnoun has developed an original, distinctive and non-traditional instructional curriculum in its goals and content to link the learner to Islam and the Quran. The book stems from the philosophy of society and its needs. It also meets the requirements of modern curriculum elements, i.e. its objectives, content, methods, means, activities and evaluation. The book provides rules for the treatment of some of the contemporary issues such as teachers' incentives, regulations of punishment, instructional fairness, reward and punishment, the stages and organization of instruction, compulsory education, girls' education, etc. It was also found that Ibn Sahnoun has a very clear and scientific vision of the importance of the teacher's awareness of central issues in the educational process. This is reflected in the title and contents of the book, which were translated into a form of decency and instructions to the teacher about the teacher's instructional and educational role and its relationship with society as a guide to teachers.
